Frank H. Beal, Executive Director
Frank Beal previously served as president of Ryerson International Inc., an operating unit of the former Inland Steel Industries. He worked in many other capacities at Inland Steel
for two decades, including president and CEO of Ryerson/West. Prior to joining Inland Steel, he served as director of the Illinois Department of Energy and Natural Resources under Governor James Thompson, and, as the state’s first deputy director of the Institute for Environmental Quality under Governor Richard Ogilvie.
